East McKinney Learning Garden Volunteer Opportunity

Where: The East McKinney Learning Garden located at 704 Greenville Rd, McKinney, TX 75069, just off of TUPPS Brewery.
When: Thursday, July 16th, 8AM-11AM
What we will be doing: Join us at McKinney’s largest community garden to help prepare beds for staining, installing vegetable grids, and getting the beds ready for the next season.
What to bring: We recommend bringing work gloves, a water bottle, and sunscreen.
What do I wear: Garden appropriate wear and closed-toe shoes/boots. Sunscreen is recommended. Please dress appropriately for the weather.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for waiver sign-in and team assignments.
Volunteers can earn service hours for their school group, troop, or club. See a member of the East McKinney Learning Garden to have your volunteer forms signed at the event.
