DESCRIPTION:Erwin Park Volunteer Workday\nWhen: Every Second Saturday\, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM\nWhere: Erwin Park 4300 Co Rd 1006\, McKinney\, TX 75071 \nWhat we will be doing: Erwin Park has ever-growing and changing needs along its mountain bike trails and skills course area. Helpful volunteers are needed to do heavy duty labor along the bike trails. Each Second Saturday is different pending the parks needs. \nWhat to bring: Tools if you have them\, bug spray\, sunscreen\, and water.\nPower tools\, should you bring any\, should be battery operated for trail maintenance. Protective eyewear and headwear are recommended.\nIf you bring your own tools\, please have them marked as such so we know they are yours.\nWhat do I wear: Long pants\, long sleeves\, face covering\, and closed toed shoes or boots. Sunscreen and bug spray are recommended. Please dress appropriately for the weather. Please do not wear leggings or other thin material which is not protective on your body. \nThe McKinney Parks Foundation proudly supports Erwin Park MTB and the volunteer efforts at Erwin Park. \nPlease note this volunteer workday is best for experienced volunteers and volunteers over the age of 10.\nPlease note Erwin Park is a dog-friendly park. \nYou can stay connected with the park through Instagram\, @erwinparkmtb \nFor updates on workdays specific needs\, cancellations\, and projects at Erwin Park\, please contact Erwin Park MTB at ErwinParkMTB@gmail.com
