SUMMARY:Tree Planting Site Preparation Friday\, November 5th at 8:30 AM
DESCRIPTION:Tree Delivery Day \nThe MPF is prepping the McKinney Greens site for a special tree planting event on November 6th. Volunteers are needed to help prepare the site on Friday\, November 5th. The sign-up for the event on Saturday the 6th will be through the City of McKinney’s website. \nWe will be planting 1600 trees (15 gallon to smaller saplings). The City will have some staff on site but we need the help of volunteers to prepare the the event the next day.  City staff may be on site earlier than 8:30 am. The end time is until whenever the preparation is complete. Even if you have 2 hours to help as a volunteer\, we would be appreciate of any assistance you can provide. This activity is intended for adult participation since it is a school day and there will be some heavy equipment moving around the site. \nPlease bring your signed waiver. \nParking is the street at the 798 block of Stewart Rd. (NW corner of Hwy 5 and Stewart Rd. in East McKinney)
