DESCRIPTION:What:  Partner with the Parks (Project #3) Community Center Trail Cleanup \nWhen: McKinney Parks Foundation \nWhen: Saturday\, September 15th\, 8:00AM to 11:00AM \nWhere:  McKinney Community Center\, 2001 S Central Expy\, McKinney\, TX 75070 \nWhat are we doing:  The natural trails surrounding the Community Center are in need of clean up and trimming.  In partnership with the Parks and Recreation Department\, we will be cleaning and removing fallen trees\, branches\, as well as using loppers and shears to trim back the early spring growth. \nWhat do I need to wear:  Please wear long pants\, long sleeve shirts\, a hat\, and bring gloves.  Closed toes shoes must be worn. \nWhat do I need to bring:  Only fluids to keep yourself hydrated along with your preferred insect repellent.  The McKinney Parks Foundation will supply tools\, a waiver\, and the initial safety discussion at the start of the event. \nFor more information please contact: Rich Szecsy \nSince the McKinney Parks Foundation is a registered Texas non-profit\, all volunteer hours will be considered credible volunteer hours\, and if you are in need of certifications for those hours\, please bring your forms to the event.
